The services you can expect from us?

  • We will find you the best possible tenant for your property, we will not just put anyone in. When an application is received we check references thoroughly and require 100 points of ID. This ensures we select the right tenant.
  • All necessary documentation prepared.
  • We conduct ongoing inspections and take photos of your property.
  • We inspect each property regularly (every three months).
  • We will calculate water usage every three months and give tenants water accounts if needed.
  • We will advise you of any maintenance issues as they arise and get permission to fix anything needing repair. We can obtain competitive quotes - we have carpet cleaners, electricians, plumbers, gas plumbers and more. All available at a reasonable cost for an excellent job.
  • We will pay SA Water, Council Rates, Emergency Service Levy, Insurance and Maintenance accounts on your behalf.
  • We will organise Security Bond lodgements and refunds with the Tenancy Branch of Consumer & Business Affairs.
  • We will review the rent for you.
  • We can pay your rent twice monthly into your nominated Bank A/C, if required.
  • We will conduct outgoing inspections.
  • We will send you statements with all relevant receipts after the end of each month.
  • Cheques, phone calls, maintenance calls, emails.
  • End of financial year statement provided.
